Both parents of this dog are champion whites (sire: Regalwise Jeromeo). Pedigree packed w/ champion, obedience, & working titled whites.

NOT a long-coat (no feathering). However, it is medium length with a think, fluffy under coat.

Long-coat

Long-coats typically have long, thick fur covering most of the body.
They have longer fur around the ears, on the backs of the legs, on the chest & on the tail called feathering.
Both parents of this dog are long-coated, champion whites.

However, some long-coats appear harder to distinguish from "plush coats" because of shorter body hair and less feathering.
Both parents of this dog are short-coated whites.

This is a good example of typical ear feathering.
Both parents of this dog are short-coated whites. Sire is also a multi-champion with performance titles.

This is Roma as a puppy. However, not all long-coats will go through a stage with this much ear feathering.
Her mother is a short-coat white (same as Tumbledown's Limelight above), father is a long-coat white.

Pups that grow up to look like this are usually born with a little bit of color on them besides black.
The sire of these dogs is a champion white and the dam is a black and tan. They are full brother and sister, but from different litters.

Small Saddle
